| Procedures |
Fill the service application form, then send it to the following e-mail address exchange-gifts@awqaf.org Or, fill the service application form and send it via fax to Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation. Or, fill and print the service application form, then visit the Information and Documentation Department of Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation |

When you are informed with the availability of the requested publications, visit the Information and Documentation Department of Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation to receive the publications, or they will be mailed to you via the address in the application form |
