Service Description
The registration carried out by CAIT for institutions and companies working in the field of information technology in the State of Kuwait aims to improve the relationship and dealing in this field between the public sector and these institutions and private companies in a manner that preserves the rights of the parties and the public interest -

Eligibility or Criteria
To be a Kuwaiti company (local) working in the field of information technology and licensed by the concerned authorities (Ministry of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry -

Required Documents
Copy of Commercial Bank receipt for the payment of (35 KD) to account number (001-0030613-100-414-01-1) (Ministry of Communication)+ Original -  
authorization letter and adoption of of the authorized signatories -  
Official documents to be attached to the system -  
The mirror image of a valid business license -  
A copy of a valid certificate from the Chamber of Trading and Commerce -  
A copy of the Memorandum and last modification -  
A copy of the financial situation of the company - Recent budget plan -  
A copy of of agencies and cooperative agreements (valid) concluded with the global or local agencies -  
Past years IT contracts copy -  
Proof of the Ministry of the Social Affairs and Labor that the company meets the national employment rate -

Procedures
Process begins fill data automatically with the payment of fees after the statement of eligibility of the company or the institution of the registration process and ending with the issuance of the certificate of registration, giving the specialist areas of work and category classification, will be the registration process, according to company data and documents of identity on the basis of controls eligible to work in specialist brances for the field of information technology, noting that the company data and supporting documents can be sent electronically online
