Servant or Driver Allowance


 
Service Description
To get a cash allowance for the servant or driver of the person with special needs -

Eligibility or Criteria
The person with special needs should be Kuwaiti or should be treated as a Kuwaiti until the age of 21 -  
The disability should be moderate or severe -  
To have a disability proof certificate issued by the public Authority for people with special needs -

Required Documents
Copy of the disability proof certificate issued by the Public Authority for people with special needs affairs -  
Copy of the disability identity issued by the Public Authority for people with special needs affairs -  
Copy of a valid Civil ID Card of the person with special needs -  
Copy of the civil id card of the guardian of the person with special needs or the person in charge of him -  
Copy of the birth certificate of the person with special needs -  
Salary transfer application form in the name of the person with special needs mentioning in it the IPAN -  
A non-harboring certificate issued by the social care house -  
Copy of the driver or servant’s passport mentioning in it the valid residency -

Procedures
: Take the envelope from
Kuwait Sports Club for people with special needs - Hawalli - for physical and mental disabilities
Blind association - Hawalli - for visual disabilities
Sports Club for deaf- Sulaybikhat - for hearing disabilities
To fill the form inside the envelope and attach the documents required and then to seal the envelope
To put the envelope in the box of the same place of taking the envelope
