Service Description
The person with special needs may apply for a scholarship through the Public Authority for Special Needs if he fulfills the conditions required for the same

Eligibility or Criteria
He shall be of the Kuwaiti nationality or of a Kuwaiti mother
-
He shall pass the secondary school
-
He should study in schools associated to the Authority for 2 consecutive years
-
He should reside in Kuwait
-
He should pass the personal interview

Certificate of the secondary school
-
Ratified copy of the statement of the grades of the secondary school in both the Arabic and English language
-
Copy of the tests results of TOEFL - Optional
-
Copy of any academic acceptance of the applicant - optional
-
4 passport portrait photos of the 4x6 size
-
Copy of the civil id card of the person with special needs
-
Copy of the nationality or any proof thereof
-
Copy of the passport
-
Copy of the disability proof certificate with an educational psychological report clarifying the disability type

Copy of the guardian nationality

Copy of the guardian civil card

Procedures
1- To submit the documents required to the 5th floor at the location of the Public Authority for Persons With Special Needs Affairs in Al Shaab Al Bahri region during the morning from 8 until 12, Sundays and Tuesdays for women and Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for men
Attending the personal interview according to the date at the location of the Authority
