Pay the fees due at the Municipality cashier's counter (Stamps)

Fill the required medical check-up application form through the employee of the section concerned

Have the medical check-up. After finishing the check-up and obtaining the physical fitness result through the Ministry of Health, the health certificate record will be renewed and approved by the employee in charge at the section concerned
