Syrian army kill 28 people Sat. - opposition

Up to 28 people were killed by Syrian army forces on Saturday, an opposition body said, while state-run news agency reported that gunmen and soldiers were killed in an attack launched from the sea by gunmen. The public authority for Syrian revolution said Syrian army forces killed 12 people in the countryside of Damascus and murdered others in Homs, Idleb, Aleppo and Damascus. The Syrian human rights network said two senior citizens and two youth were among those killed. The local coordination committees said big explosions were heard in different areas in Damascus. Meanwhile, official news agency (Sana) said gunmen riding a dingy attacked a military unit at the cost of Latakia which resulted in fatalities in both sides. The clash resulted in the killing and injury of Syrian army personnel, said Sana. The number of gunme killed is not unknown.
