President of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and
Industry (KCCI) Ali Al-Ghanem Sunday commended Kuwaiti investment in a number
of East Asian countries, noting "satisfactory economic results."
Al-Ghanem, in a meeting with the Vietnamese ambassador to Kuwait, said
Vientnam has economic significance for Kuwaiti investors.
He said KCCI was keen on cooperation with the Vietnamese embassy in Kuwait
in a drive to encourage Kuwaiti businessmen seek further investment
opportunities in the Asian country.
Al-Ghanem called for exchanging of information and visits between both
sides regarding investment opportunities and facilities offered to investors.
