Iraq is keen on finding the best suitable
solutions to Iran's nuclear program during nuclear talks between Iran and the
P5+1 group, due in Baghdad tomorrow, President Jalal Talabani said Tuesday.
The Iraqi leader made his remarks while receiving Saeed Jalili, Secretary
of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), who is in Baghdad for the
nuclear negotiation talks.
Tomorrow's talks are expected to include representatives of the five major
world powers, plus Germany, while Jalili, the first to arrive, heads the
Iranian delegation.
Talabani media office said in a statement received by KUNA, the President
expressed his keenness to ensure success and positive outcome from such
meeting.
The Iraqi leader also stressed importance of bolstering bilateral relations
between his country and Iran in all fields and to best serve both nations.
Earlier, Jalili said that Iran hopes the meeting would be an important step
towards solving all outstanding issues regarding Iran's nuclear program.
