Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will offer a
number of proposals regarding the peace process with Israel, when he meets
members of the Arab peace initiative committee in Doha tomorrow Saturday, a
Palestinian official said Friday.
The proposals will be about the future steps vis-a-vis the peace process
with the Israelis, Abbas' spokesman Nabil Abu Rudaineh said in a statement
Abbas will brief the committee members about the state-of-play of the peace
process following the exchange of letters with Israeli prime minister Benjamin
Netanyahu over the peace process, he said.
Abbas and the committee members will discuss future action if the peace
process reached a dead end, said Abu Rudaineh.
