Chairman and Director General of Kuwait News Agency
(KUNA) Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij Al-Ibrahim Al-Sabah discussed here on Monday
with Director General of the Arab Maghreb News Agency (MAP) Khalil Idrissi
Hashemi prospects of fruitful cooperation between the two agencies.
The two sides signed an agreement to strengthen bilateral cooperation
between KUNA and MAP in the field of exchanging news, information, expertise,
in addition to organizing training courses.
The signing ceremony was attended by Kuwait's ambassador here Shamlan
Al-Roumi.
The agreement aims to expand cooperation in the field of information
services between the two agencies, as part of a unique partnership that
reflects the spirit of understanding between the two countries.
Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij also toured the headquarters of MAP and became
acquainted with its various departments and services. KUNA's Chairman arrived
here yesterday. |
