Chairman of the Association of the National
Olympics Committees (ANOC) Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Sabah voiced content Saturday
as the first medals of the London Olympics 2012 were won by Asian countries.
China, Kazakhstan and South Korea won the medals during competitions on
Saturday, which followed the impressive opening ceremony of London 2012
Olympic Games last night.
Speaking to KUNA, Sheikh Ahmad said this achievement reflected the Asian
countries' development in sports. |
