Kuwaiti Ambassador in Indonesia Nasser
Al-Enezi met here Friday the chairman of Indonesia's Chamber of Commerce and
Industry on ways and means of reinforcing Kuwaiti-Indonesia cooperation.
During the meeting, they discussed how to consolidate and develop bilateral
cooperative relations, mainly in trade and investment, the Kuwaiti ambassador
told KUNA by phone.
Two-way trade exchange exceeded USD 1.5 million 2011, he added.
Al-Enezi lamented that this figure does not match the trade potential of
both countries.
He stressed the significance of developing cooperation between both nations
by means of exchanging visits between businessmen and officials and sharing
mutual expertise in various activities.
The Kuwaiti ambassador in Indonesia lauded the investment atmosphere in
Indonesia, especially the recent measures by the Indonesian government for
improving the investment climate in the country, he pointed out. |
