Changing the Pension or Share Withdrawal Location


 
Service Description
This service allows the pensioners and those entitled to share from a deceased relative's pension, who receive the amounts on monthly basis, to change the withdrawal location. This location is the bank chosen by the entitled person to transfer the amounts to -

Eligibility or Criteria
The applicant must be a pensioner or owed to the share of the deceased's pension -  
Attend in person or his representative agency or guardianship -

Required Documents
Certificate from the bank where the pension or share will be transferred to stating the bank name, the branch name, and the account number -  
Civil ID -

Procedures
Visit the Insurance Services Department at the main building of the Public Institution for Social Security located in ElMerqab, ElSour Street or one of its branches (Meshrif Branch located at Mubarak Al-Abdullah district near the International Exhibition Fairgrounds, or Gharnata Branch located at Gharnata district - Gamal Abd-El Nasser Street near the Saving and Credit Bank, or Liberation Tower Branch) and submit the required documents(morning or afternoon)
