Museum hosts exhibition by Iranian Islamic calligrapher

Interpretations of kufi, naskh and other disciplines of Arabic calligraphy were on display as Iranian calligrapher Ali Reza hosted an exhibition of his best works at Kuwait's Museum of Modern Art on Tuesday. Some 30 murals, mostly depicting verses of the Holy Quran, were showcased amid the artist's collection. The event is being held as part of Al-Qurain Cultural Festival, in cooperation with the Iranian embassy.
