Subscription to SMS Service
To subscribe to the Short Message Service (SMS) on Kuwait Government Online Portal, follow these steps:
1- Click on the Registration link in the login page.
2- Enter your mobile phone number, and then click on the Subscribe button.
You will receive a short message with your password.
3- In the login page, enter your mobile phone number and password, and then click on the Login button.
The Services page opens including all the services provided on Kuwait Government Online Portal.
4- Select the services you want, and then click on the Save button.
5- To cancel your subscription, in the Services page, deselect the required services by removing the "correct" sign next to each service, then click on the Save button.
Benefits of Subscription to Available Services
When you subscribe to the SMS service on Kuwait Government Online Portal and select your required services, you will receive short messages about the required information for obtaining each of the selected services.
For example, when you subscribe to KGO Portal Announcements service, you will receive a short message whenever a new announcement is added on the Portal.
Subscription to e-Mail Service
To subscribe to the e-Mail Service on Kuwait Government Online Portal, follow these steps:
1- Click on the Registration link in the login page.
2- Enter your e-mail address, and then click on the Subscribe button.
You will receive an e-mail message with your password on the e-mail address your previously entered.
3- In the login page, enter your e-mail address and password, and then click on the Login button.
The Services page opens including all the services provided on Kuwait Government Online Portal.
4- Select the services you want, and then click on the Save button.
To cancel your subscription, in the Services page, deselect the required services by removing the "correct" sign next to each service, then click on the Save button.
