Service Description

  • This service allows citizens and business sector (organizations and companies) to obtain preliminary approval to add samples to an accredited equipment

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Unrequired

Required Documents

  • Submit their request for accreditation ( for each category separately ) by letter on behalf of Mr. / Deputy General monastery prevention sector
  • A copy of the license from the Ministry of Trade and Industry
  • A copy of the registration in the commercial register
  • A copy of the registration in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait
  • A copy of the Memorandum of Association or other contract modification company / institution shows the names of the partners and capital
  • A copy of the agency contract with the manufacturer in the country of origin certified by the Embassy of the State of Kuwait
  • A copy of the agency contract with the manufacturer in the country of origin certified by the Embassy of the State of Kuwait
  • A copy of registration agency contract with the Ministry of Trade and Industry
  • Provide original detailed technical catalogs for equipment, materials, and devices to be approved
  • Identify models of equipment, materials and devices to be approved
  • Provide test reports and certification of equipment, materials, devices and systems to be credence from the list of international laboratories accredited to the Fire Service Directorate
  • Provide samples for equipment, materials, and devices to be approved
