Service Description

  • Creating a Qualifying Portfolio

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The student or their mother must be Kuwaiti.
  • The student must hold a certificate proving disability issued by Public Authority of the Disabled.

Required Documents

  • Application form to create the qualifying portfolio filled in clear handwriting
  • Copy of the proof of disability certificate
  • Copy of the birth certificate
  • Copy of the student’s civil ID
  • Copy of the father’s civil ID
  • Copy of the original nationality certificate of the mother if the student is non-Kuwaiti
  • Recent personal photo of the student
  • IQ test under 70
  • Note: Application forms must be complete to create the qualifying portfolio.
