Procedures

Visit Al Safat post office (amateur stamps section)​
Submit an application to join amateur stamps collection​
Open a service account​
Complete the transaction​
When the subscriber’s balance is almost done, he will be contacted to pay the fees in order to keep receiving postal stamps​

(0) KD Variable fees
Subscription’s fees: 10 Kuwaiti dinars Fixed Fees
