Service Description

  • This service allows subscribers to transfer the phone line installed in houses, apartments and commercial shops from one region to another within the same Central

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The phone line must be transferred within the same Central

Required Documents

  • Copy of the civil ID
  • Copy of the clearance certificate
  • Copy of the commercial signature authorization license, for the commercial shops
  • Civil number, for the commercial shops
  • Copy of the lease contract, for the apartments and commercial shops

Procedures

Visit the Central you refer to and submit the required documents
Pay the fees due
