Service Description

  • This service of general hospitality and conferences allows government entities to obtain cars with drivers for the official guests of the state.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Addressing the Ministry of Finance a while before of the guests’ arrival date through an official letter

Required Documents

  • Reservation notification
  • Driver’s allocation card

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, 1st floor, General Hospitality and Conferences Department, and submit the required documents
