Service Description

  • The service aims at facilitating communication within a limited space, such as hotels, hospitals, and factories, for qick communication, emergencies, and urgent matters. Each company is provided with a specific wireless frequency allocated for this service

Eligibility or Criteria

  • There are no conditions

Required Documents

  • A filled application form for using wireless devices
  • Copy of Civil ID
  • Copy of the Chamber of Commerce license
  • Copy of the Ministry of Commerce license
  • A catalog of the device to be used
  • Serial numbers of the devices
  • Clearance Certificate

Procedures

Refer to the Department and submit a letter requesting the use of wireless devices
Submit all required documents to be checked by the assigned employee
Pay the fees
The related person is granted the license to use the allocated frequencies

Fees

(0) KD Variable fees
(50) KD Fixed fees: Annually for the wireless frequency
(5) KD Fixed fees: Annually for each wireless device
