Service Description

  • This service allows government and civil sector employees to issue visas for joining providers

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Conditions required to join a provider/sponsor according to the Ministerial act no. (1212/2004) are:

  • Salary shall not be less than 250 KD; or Applicant shall belong to the exceptional categories (15 professions)


Required Documents

  • Required entrance visa application
  • Copy of the sponsored person’s passport (passport shall be valid for 6 months or more)
  • Copy of the provider’s/sponsor’s Civil ID card
  • Proof of kinship (an approved copy of the passport for the Arabic provider/sponsor; and a certificate from the Embassy for the foreign provider/sponsor)
  • Copy of the work permit to define the salary condition of Civil Sector employees; or a salary certificate from the Government Sector (the salary is calculated according to the data found on the computers of the Civil Sector employees)
  • Applicants who are subject to act no.19 shall get a copy of their company license or contract; and who are subject to act no. 24, their case shall be determined according to the General Manager’s or his assistant’s evaluation.
