Service Description

  • This service allows the business sector including organizations and companies to make a capital raising amendment

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Unrequired

Required Documents

  • Bank certificate for the raise amount based on a letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry or an auditor's certificate, for limited liability companies. The certificate must be approved from the Budget Section, if the raise is reflected in the company budget
  • Bank certificate for the raise amount in the name of one of the company partners or a budget approved by a certified public accountant, for general and limited partnerships
  • Copy of the license, for limited liability companies, and general and limited partnerships
  • Approval of the Central Bank of Kuwait based on a letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, for exchange companies

Procedures

Visit the Department of Partnerships of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and submit the required documents
Fill the service application form. After the completion of proceedings, the Ministry of Justice is contacted to authenticate the contract of amendment
