Service Description

  • This service enables users to submit a request for exemption from fees on raw materials, machines, or spare parts, and the request will be studied by the Industrial Support Department.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Required fees must be paid.

  • The industrial license must be valid.

  • The raw materials must be required in the production line and are not manufactured in Kuwait to be exempted from the fees.

  • The license must not have any violations or must not be suspended.

Required Documents

  • The exemption request filled by the facility with the HS code for the materials (and if the number of required materials exceeds 10, the materials must be submitted by the concerned party.)
  • The budget for the last fiscal year of the existing facility (operating account with the legal accountant’s stamp)
  • Certified financial statements for production requirements
  • Receipt of payment required fees
  • Copy of the industrial license, provided that the facility is established and operating
  • Latest rent receipt for the current year
  • Copy of the declaration and undertaking form
  • Copy of signature approval
  • Copy of the annual licensed production capacity letter
