In recognition of the importance of electronic participation and the enhancement of community communication channels between various segments of society and government entities, and in order to measure public satisfaction with the services provided, as well as to provide an interactive platform for exchanging opinions and presenting ideas aimed at developing and improving the quality of government services, we have made all necessary communication channels available to facilitate interaction and participation. You can now communicate with government entities through the accounts and communication channels dedicated to you, with electronic participation conducted in accordance with the regulations approved by the competent authorities and the
Electronic Participation Policy.
Tawasul Initiative for Electronic Participation (Sahel App)
Open the communication service through the Sahel app
Access the Communication service from the Services tab within the app.
New Request
Click on “New Request” under the “Tawasul” service in the services dashboard.
Select Entity
Choose the government entity you wish to communicate or engage in electronic participation with.
Request Type
Select the type of request you would like to submit.
Request details
Enter the request details and then submit it.
