Doha, Amman, Cairo address regional situation

Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman discussed with Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Al-Safadi and Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty the ongoing regional situation. This came during two separate phone conversations, which touched upon the US-Iran ceasefire agreement and ongoing de-escalation efforts exerted to bolster regional security and stability, said the Qatari Foreign Ministry in a press release. The Qatari minister called on all parties to positively comply with the current mediation efforts in order to resolve the root causes of the standoff by peaceful means and dialogue, and to arrive at a sustainable agreement.
