Service Description

  • This service allows the business sector (companies and organizations) members of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry to authenticate the signature on the documents submitted by the Chamber members to all official and civil circles​.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • ​The applicant must be a member of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
  • The applicant must pay the annual subscription fees.
  • The license must be valid.
  • A representative or any person from the company must attend the procedures.
  • Payment shall be made: In cash, check, K-Net, or by credit card.

Required Documents

  • Original letter to be authenticated and a copy.
  • Copy of the license after its renewal.
  • Copy of the civil ID of the person attending the procedures.

Procedures

Submit documents on the Chamber's online portal.​

Visit Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry and submit the required documents or send the company representative.​

Pay the fees due.​

Get a number from the reception​.

Wait for your turn, then go to the receptionist to authenticate the signature on the document.​
