The MBA Scholarships program

Service Description

  • The program primarily aims to provide academic scholarships annually to citizens wishing to obtain a master's degree in Business Administration. (MBA) from one of the best-ranked universities in the world.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Applicants must be of Kuwaiti nationality.

  • Applicants must have an unconditional acceptance from one of the universities listed on the approved list by the Kuwait Investment Authority, to study for a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)

  • Applications for the MBA in dual degree programs will be accepted provided that they are in the field of business administration and that the universities providing these programs are included in the list of accredited universities.

  • Applicants must be registered in an academic MBA program, not an executive MBA program (EMBA).

  • Applicants must not have a scholarship to obtain an MBA from any other entity.

  • Applicants are required to have full-time study at the university.

  • Applicants must not have previously obtained an MBA

  • Applicants must pass the GMAT test in person and not remotely, and the test result must not be less than 600 or the GMAT Focus test with a score of not less than 565.

  • Applicants must complete the submission of the required documents two months before the start of the semester

Procedures

​Applicants need to apply at least two months before the start of studies through the Kuwait Investment Authority.​
