This service provides new Kuwaiti graduates with the opportunity to have a qualification and training to work in the economics and finance sector in the Kuwaiti market, through a specialized thirteen-month training program consisting of three stages:
First Stage:
It is a set of training programs held at the Authority's training centre in cooperation with a number of local and international training institutions, as well as some financial institutions with which the Authority has working relationships.
These programs focus on investment, economics, accounting, management skills, and computers.
The second stage:
This is a training while working phase at international financial institutions with a reputation for investing in global markets. This phase lasts for ten weeks.
During this program, the trainee gains practical experience and the necessary skills in the field of investment and financial work through exposure to global financial markets.
Stage 3:
This phase lasts for approximately two months, during which trainees are trained while working in the Authority's various departments, with the aim of becoming familiar with the nature of work within the Kuwait Investment Authority's sectors.
