Service Description

  • ​Advertising through Kuwait Radio and Television.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • This agreement may not be cancelled by the advertising entity after the final approval, and it is not entitled to refund the value of the contract after it is paid to the Ministry.​
  • The specialized authority in the Ministry has the right to refuse to display the advertisement in the event that it contradicts public order, public morals, or the customs, traditions, and religious beliefs prevailing in the society without referring to the advertiser.​
  • The advertiser is responsible for paying any fines and paying additional fees for the advertising material depending on the type unless stated in the contract.
  • The advertiser must deliver the advertising material at least two working days before the advertisement is displayed, and in case of non-delivery, the Ministry has the right not to display the advertisement without incurring any legal responsibility on the Ministry, and the advertiser is not entitled to a refund of the agreed amount.
  • ​The advertiser bears legal responsibility for its failure to comply with the controls of advertising content and its compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in this regard.
