Service Description

  • This service allows you to request the issuance of an operating license - a hotel​

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Copy of the company's memorandum of association and articles of association.
  • A copy of the company's trade license.
  • A copy of the company's commercial registration extract with a recent date.
  • Copy of the Civil ID.
  • Copy of the signature approval.
  • The contract of the managing company of the hotel establishment - if applicable.
  • A copy of the property ownership contract or a copy of the lease or investment contract.
  • A photocopy of the license issued to him by the Ministry of Commerce to practice the activity for which the license is to be obtained.
  • Tourist Planner.
  • Structural Plan.
  • Economic Feasibility Study.
  • The criminal status sheet of the license applicant, stating that no criminal penalty or a crime against honor or honesty has been issued unless he has been rehabilitated.
  • Apply for a hotel classification certificate within 6 months from the start of operation to be issued by the Standing Committee for the Classification of Tourist Hotel Establishments (in accordance with Resolution 934 of 2022 Article 15).
  • Fill out the occupancy percentage and components of the hotel establishment form.
  • Undertaking to Issue and Renew the Operating License (Practicing).
  • Sign an application form for a license or initial approval.
  • Undertaking to receive the standards for classification for hotel establishments and to submit the request for it
