Service Description

  • ​This service allows you to request the issuance of a new license for cinematic films

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The shop must be in place.

  • The license holder or an original power of attorney or a copy of the signature approval must be present at the Government Mall, Licensing Department, Artistic Works Department.

Required Documents

  • Letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the required license
  • Copies of the civil IDs of all partners or the license holder
  • Citizenship Copies of All Partners or License Holder
  • The criminal status sheet of the responsible manager, whether individual or collective in the companies of persons or the license holder
  • A copy of the high school certificate and above for the responsible manager who manages the companies or for the license holder
  • Lease contract with the last rental receipt
  • Company Memorandum of Association
