Service Description

  • This service enables the business sector to request the issuance of a new license for covered and open cinemas​

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The shop must be in place.

  • The license holder or an original power of attorney or a copy of the signature approval must be present at the Government Mall, Licensing Department, Artistic Works Department.

Required Documents

  • Letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the required license.
  • Copies of the civil IDs of all partners or the license holder.
  • Citizenship Copies of All Partners or License Holder.
  • Criminal Status Sheet of the Responsible Manager, whether individual or collective in the companies of persons or of the license holder.
  • Copy of the high school certificate and above for the responsible manager who manages the companies or for the license holder.
  • Lease contract with last rent receipt.
  • Company Memorandum of Association.
