Service Description

  • This service enables the business sector to request the issuance of a new license for Institutions​.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The shop must be in place.
  • The license holder or an original power of attorney or a copy of the signature approval must be present at the Government Mall, Licensing Department, Artistic Works Department​.​

Required Documents

  • A letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  • Civil ID cards of partners.
  • Educational qualification of the license holder and the responsible manager or certificate of experience.
  • Company Memorandum of Association.
  • Lease contract + rental receipt.
  • The company's commercial registration.
