Service Description

  • This service allows citizens and business sector (companies and organizations) to issue a certificate of origin for Kuwaiti national products

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The applicant must obtain an industrial license from the Department of Industrial Licenses of the Public Authority for Industry

Required Documents

  • Goods invoice issued from the origin or the factory, provided that it must be stamped and state the type of the exported goods, the gross price and the unit price in Kuwaiti Dinar
  • Value added calculations for the exported goods according to the agreements signed by and between the State of Kuwait and the other countries

Procedures

Visit the Department of International Relations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and submit the required documents​
