Service Description

  • ​This service enables users from state property contract services in the business sector to request the issuance of “To Whom It May Concern” Certificate.​

Eligibility or Criteria

  • A letter in the name of the Deputy Minister of Finance, addressed to the Tax and Planning Department, must be submitted requesting the certificate.

  • Clearance

  • Signature approval

Required Documents

  • Last payment receipt
  • Paying the value of an electronic stamp

Procedures

​The required documents must be submitted in the Ministries Complex in Al-Mirqab, Block 1, Building 11, First Floor, Markets and Cooperatives Section/ State Property Contracts.
