Service Description

  • This service of state property contracts allows business sector to obtain a To Whom it May Concern certificate for material re-exporting certificates.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Copy of articles of incorporation and the latest modification  


  • Copy of the customs declaration  


  • Copy of Work Contract ,contracts must be translated by an accredited entity  


  • Declaration stating that the equipment belongs to the company  


  • Letter in the name of the Under Secretary of the Ministry of Finance addressed to the Tax Liability and Planning Department requesting a To Whom it May Concern Certificate, Clearance Certificate

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 14, 1st floor, Tax Liability and Planning Department, and submit the required documents
