Service Description

  • This service allows Non-Kuwaiti individuals to request a replacement for a lost or damaged Civil ID.​

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Replacement for lost/damaged documents can be processed through the Sahel application.
  • Alternatively, the applicant or his/her representative with a power of attorney from the Ministry of Justice may attend the procedures in person, and a legal opinion must be obtained.​

Required Documents

  • Original valid passport and a copy of it.

Procedures

​Visit the Authority's headquarters in South Surra – Ground Floor – Expatriate Registration Office – Morning Shift – from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.​
