The State of Kuwait organizes the Hala February Festival annually. It is held every February and lasts for approximately one month, in celebration of two cherished national occasions: Independence Day and Liberation Day.
February is considered one of the best months to visit Kuwait, thanks to its pleasant weather and beautiful natural scenery. The festival features a wide and diverse range of activities, events, and distinguished programs, alongside entertainment and leisure offerings. These include major shopping promotions, musical concerts, poetry evenings, cultural seminars, and visual arts exhibitions.
In addition, the festival offers numerous opportunities to win prizes and gifts through daily raffles, as well as the organization of special sports tournaments held across various sports clubs, with participation from local and international teams.

National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters
