They confirmed that rapprochement of visions and policies between the two countries will benefit their nations and the region as a whole.
They said they look forward to everlasting integration and cooperation to achieve common interests and enhance the region's security and stability.
Commenting on the visit, Editor-in-Chief of Al-Anbaa newspaper Yusuf Al-Marzouq said Kuwait receives UAE's President Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan in a manner that shows love and friendship between the two sides.
He added the visit is a new phase in terms of enhancing historic relations between "our two sisterly countries, strategic partners and main pillars of the GCC family".
Undoubtedly, the visit is in favor of interests of Kuwaiti and Emeriti, along with Arab and Gulf peoples, he said.
Al-Marzouq noted the visit comes amid regional conditions that require high-level coordination and consultation as well as sharing views regarding regional issues in a way that contributes to cementing peace and stability in the Middle East region.
All cultural, investment and tourist relations confirm Kuwait-UAE deep-rooted relations, he said, hoping for further collaboration and integration between the two sides.
Kuwaitis will not forget the honorable role of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan and the UAE during Iraq's brutal occupation of Kuwait in 1990, Al-Marzouq said.
Editor-in-Chief of Al-Rai newspaper, Walid Al-Jassem said the visit is extremely important in some aspects: Kuwait-UAE ties, the Gulf unity or preparations for the upcoming Kuwait Summit.
Sheikh Mohammad's visit aims to strengthen efforts to transform the region into a logistic center, mainly in light of UAE's varied expertise and Kuwait's human and geographical capacity, Al-Jassem said.
"We all realize deep-rooted ties between Kuwait and the UAE, and their rulers either nowadays or throughout history. Kuwaitis reminisce UAE's honorable stance in support of Kuwait during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait," he elaborated, referring to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan's key role in this regard.
Kuwaitis also remember UAE's positions, after liberating Kuwait, during negotiations over borders and implementing international resolutions in favor of Kuwait that have positive impacts in making relations of the two countries outstanding, he stated.
He pointed to UAE's pioneering role in several domains that creates great potential for collaboration between the two sides in logistic fields, ports, aviation, tourism, investment, space, medicine and others.
The GCC has been the most stable and harmonious system regionally over decades, and it is paramount to support, and strengthen this system through boosting common collaboration and coordination among GCC members and nations, he said.
In light of international and regional events, Al-Jassem called for intensifying bilateral and collective coordination among GCC members to ensure achieving the council's goals.
Chairman of Kuwait Journalists Association (KJA) Adnan Al-Rashed said Sheikh Mohammad's official visit to Kuwait comes in the enhancement of fruitful cooperation on different levels.
He said it is a key step in the Kuwait-UAE relations supported by bonds of brotherhood and collaboration, referring to the important timing of the visit, which comes before the key Gulf summit due in Kuwait in December.
Cooperation between the two countries is based on strong pillars, including trade and investment exchange, that shows reciprocal confidence and common desire in building sustainable and flouring economy, he made clear.
Al-Rashed pointed out the two countries seek to foster standing economic partnerships and explore further opportunities to deepen this collaboration.
Both sides are paying much attention to cultural exchange through mutual activities in this field to contribute to strengthening human relations and enriching Gulf cultural scene, he said.
On media, Kuwait and the UAE realize the importance of media cooperation in transmitting a true and positive image on the path of development and growth in both countries, Al-Rashed explained.

He hoped Arab and Gulf States, and the whole word, would get rid of hatred and deadly conflicts that threaten generations, peoples and international peace.
He underlined the significance of this visit as it comes at a time when Israeli occupation is permanently attacking Gaza and Lebanon, referring also to the conflict between Israel and Iran that affects the region.
Al-Otaibi affirmed the need of enhancing the Gulf unity and cooperation, in light of complex circumstances facing the whole region.
