Saudi cabinet condemns Iraq attacks on kingdom, Gulf countries

The Saudi cabinet on Tuesday restated its vehement denunciation of heinous attacks by Iraq-launched drones against the Kingdom and other GCC countries, emphatically opposing any breach of their sovereignty, and regional security and stability. This came during the cabinet's weekly meeting, held in Jeddah under the chairmanship of Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammad bin Salman, as reported by the kingdom's official news agency (SPA). The cabinet applauded the heroic role and bravery of the Saudi Armed Forces in defending the homeland and safeguarding its accomplishments and resources against the heinous Iranian attacks and relevant serious repercussions for the region. It also spoke highly of the successful operational and technical efforts to restore production at attacked energy system facilities, reflecting the high operational flexibility and crisis management capabilities of the Kingdom's energy system. It underlined that this consolidates the reliability and continuity of supplies to local and international markets and supports the global economy.
