Kuwait Amir sends letter to Italian PM

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a written letter to Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, concerning the close historical ties between the two countries and their peoples, and ways to strengthen and develop these relations, in addition to current developments in the region. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a press release, said that Sheikh Jarrah Al-Sabah handed the letter to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Antonio Tajani during their meeting on Wednesday, as part of the Kuwaiti top diplomat's official visit to the Italian capital, Rome. The release added that the meeting addressed ways to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries in various fields, as well as the latest developments on the regional and international scenes.
