- Civil ID of the owner or authorized signatory.
- Signature Approval (for Companies).
- Maintenance contracts for fire extinguishing equipment and engineering services for the building .
- Fire Permit for Exploitation of a Facility, Building or Unit.
- Title Deed or Usufruct Contract (for Industrial Establishments).
ProceduresSubmit the request to the Accident Investigations Department through the WhatsApp application on the number (98071754).
Receiving a No Objection Letter from the Accident Investigation Department addressed to the Prevention Sector.
Completing the procedures for restoring the electricity supply with the Prevention Sector: Submit the application electronically with uploading the documents and paying the fees. Field inspection by the inspector on time. Receipt of the approval letter addressed to the Ministry of Electricity and Water.
