Service Description

  • ​This service allows the business sector (companies and organizations) to obtain a membership at Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and thus, benefit from the offered services.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The applicant must have a license issued from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

    The Articles of Association must be submitted, if the applicant is a company.​

    The bylaw regulations and a certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry including the Board of Directors members and the authorized signatories must be submitted, if the applicant is a joint stock company.

    The applicant must visit Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry to sign in person.

    Payment shall be made: In cash, check, K-Net, or by credit card.

  • Original license and a copy.
  • Original Articles of Association and a copy.
  • Original bylaw regulations and a copy.
