The program's primary goal is to increase the number of Kuwaiti employees at the World Bank by providing job opportunities for young Kuwaitis to work at the World Bank for a one year, renewable for another year. During this period, their skills will be developed, and they will gain practical experience that will qualify them for positions at the World Bank after the program's completion.  The program is distinguished by being directed at the countries of the Middle East and North Africa, as job opportunities are provided to these countries in accordance with their needs. The program targets distinguished and promising national cadres with little experience, and those who are still at the beginning of their career.
