Service Description

  • ​This service allows you to request to amend the license data of resorts

Eligibility or Criteria

  • ​N/A

Required Documents

  • A copy of the company’s Articles of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association.
  • A copy of the company’s commercial license.
  • A copy of the company’s commercial registration certificate.
  • A copy of the civil ID
  • A copy of the signature authorization
  • The management company contract for the hotel facility – if available
  • A copy of the property ownership contract or a copy of the lease or investment agreement
  • A photocopy of the license issued by the Ministry of Commerce for carrying out the activity for which the license is being requested
  • The tourism plan
  • The construction plan
  • The economic feasibility study
  • The criminal record of the license applicant, proving that no criminal conviction or offense affecting honor or integrity has been issued, unless the applicant’s rights have been reinstated.
  • Submit an application for the hotel classification certificate within 6 months of the start of operations so that the classification can be issued by the Permanent Committee for the Classification of Tourist Hotel Establishments (according to Resolution No. 934 of 2022, Article 15).
  • Fill out the form for occupancy rate and components of the hotel facility
  • Sign the declaration and commitment to submit a license application to the Ministry of Information after the commercial license is issued, and acknowledge not to carry out the activity until the tourism license is issued by the Ministry of Information, in accordance with the requirements set forth in Ministerial Resolutions No. 833 and 934 of 2022.
  • Sign the declaration and commitment stating that approval for the issuance of a license for recreation parks, beaches, and coasts from the Ministry of Information authorizes the practice of this activity, provided that the Ministry of Information is notified of the designated locations for this purpose, and I bear full responsibility in case of any violation. This is my declaration and commitment.
  • Sign the application form for submitting a license or preliminary approval request
  • Sign the declaration and commitment to submit a license application for practicing the activity from the Ministry of Information after the commercial license is issued, and acknowledge that no decision has previously been issued by the Ministry of Information to revoke or cancel the license for the same activity for the above-mentioned establishment.
