  • This service allows issuance for commercial commission agents in business sector.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • 1. ID approved by the insurance company
  • 2. filled form prepared by the Department
  • 3. Letter from the insurance company for renewing the ID
  • 4. Copy of civil ID
  • 5. Passport, for the non-Kuwaiti
  • 6. Certificate from the Public Authority for Social Securities, for Kuwaiti applicants

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 2nd floor, 1st block, Insurance Department and submit the required documents
