Service Description

  • This service allows citizens to issue food ration cards

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The card owner must attend in person and sign the issuance card

Required Documents

  • Original civil IDs of all the family members (males and females), for residence and identity proofing
  • Original passport with a valid residence for servants
  • Servant's passport, in case of adding a new servant to the food ration card

Procedures

Visit the Supply Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and submit the required documents
Fill the service application form
