Applying for changing office manager data
Required Documents- 1. Form prepared by the Department
- 2. The academic degrees and experience certificates must be officially attested in Arabic (for the office manager).
- 3. Work experience in accordance with Article 4 of the ministerial decision No. (183) of 2003
- 4. Copy of passport
- 5. Copy of civil ID
- 6. Certificate of discharge from the last labor office the manager worked for (if he was previously present in Kuwait)
ProceduresVisit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 2nd floor, 1st block, Insurance Department and submit the required documents
