  • This service allows inquiring about trademarks. 

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. Terms are set according to classification of categories.

  • 2. Category of trademark to be inquired about shall be determined.

  • The trademark to be inquired about

Procedures

Visit the Ministry of Commerce, Sharq area, Al Shuhada st., KIPCO tower, Trademark Control Department, Patents Office and submit the documents.

Fees

​Upon request: For examination only, 1 KD per half an hour

 If the Ministry’s reply is requested regarding the examination results, then fees are 7 KD.
